How does buspooling work?

Find your event, reserve a seat with a quick card hold, and if enough people join after a 7 day booking window, the bus is confirmed, and you’re charged. If not, the hold is released, and you pay nothing.

How much does our buspooling solution cost?
Nothing. Buspooling is a zero-cost solution—fans pay directly for their ticket  when they book their seats in a buspool.

Who operate the buses?

Our buspools are powered by The Coach Travel Group and other leading UK bus operators, ensuring safe and professional transport.

How are bus routes chosen?

We set routes based on fan demand, allowing clubs and event organizers to suggest key departure towns to prioritize—plus, fans can directly request a departure town for a buspool to their event.

Do we need to handle bookings and payments?

No, we manage everything—from bookings and payments to ticketing and live travel updates. Your only role is to promote the service to your audience.

How do we promote buspooling to our audience?

We provide a bespoke marketing kit with social media graphics, email templates, and web banners to make promotion seamless—plus, we actively promote all events through targeted social media ad campaigns to maximize reach and bookings.

What if a fixture date or event changes?

Fans and event-goers can transfer their booking free of charge to the new date. If they can’t attend, they get a full refund.
